CareIQ started in 1994 as a national provider of diagnostic imaging care serving the workers' compensation, group health and auto industries. Renamed in 2004, CareIQ has continued its growth as a leading provider of ancillary services that include diagnostic imaging, physical therapy, independent medical examinations and durable medical equipment. Our directed care networks offer access to credentialed facilities throughout the nation to manage the entire episode of care from appointment scheduling through reimbursement. The goals of our programs are to schedule preferred appointments, review appropriateness of care, minimize unnecessary treatments, offer competitive rates and ensure quality care for all patients.
